LEAD TIMES: PrimeDesigns, Inc. (skutchi.com) will use its best efforts to obtain delivery within quoted lead times. However skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) cannot be responsible for any damage caused by delayed delivery. Custom orders can take 8-10 weeks delivery time. Please speak with your representative for specific time frames. Quick ship orders can be shipped from our location in 3 business days.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Any changes to orders must be submitted in writing to skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) for pre-approval. Standard restocking fee for returned product is 50%. However, all custom orders, non-stock items, including specially painted items, cannot be cancelled or returned. Change of floor plans after signed off on will incur time and materials.

DEDUCTIONS: No deductions allowed from invoices for any reason without authorization.

TRANSIT DAMAGE: Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. If merchandise is, or appears to be damaged, do not unpack; call carrier for inspection. Notification of concealed damage must be made to the freight company delivering the goods. Title to the goods and risk of loss pass to the buyer once skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) or its vendor delivers its goods to the carrier. Once box is opened by end user voids any return policy.

DELIVERY/REDELIVERY of FREIGHT: Deliveries are Dock-to-Dock only, unless a skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) crew has been scheduled to unload. Normal delivery and install hours are 9:00 am -5:00pm, Monday- Friday. Delivery and install performed after normal working hours will be at an additional charge. Additional charges may apply in long carriers over 100 feet and /or stair carries. When redelivery of merchandise is required because the customer is unable to accept the merchandise and no notification of this fact was given to skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com), the actual cost for freight, re-handling, and warehousing, plus a 20% surcharge, will be billed to the customer.

PRODUCT DESIGN: skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) reserves the right to change design and construction and discontinue products without prior notice. All dimensions shown are considered to be approximate. Note that if cubicles have power, a licensed electrician will need to be hired by customer.

TRASH DISPOSAL: If we install, skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) will remove all cubicle related trash from your facility to your onsite trash container without charge. Offsite disposal is available for a fee.

Returns and Damage: At skutchi.com, we stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you need to return your order, contact our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt at 1-888-99Desks or 631-218-4001 to review your options. All returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We use a unique returns service that does all of the paperwork for you at our request. We cannot accept returns without required authorization. Unauthorized returns will be non-refundable. Depending on circumstances, outbound and return freight charges, as well as a restocking charge, may apply. skutchi Designs, Inc. Reserves the right to replace just the part of the product that is damaged. In the event damage is apparent at delivery, it is imperative you contact customer service at 1-888-99Desks or 631-218-4001 immediately. We are experts at resolving damage situations provided we are notified on a timely basis. Proper notation of damage ("carton crushed"," box torn", etc. will suffice) on the delivery receipt will ensure our ability to fully refund or replace the part of the item that was damaged. Carrier regulations require notification within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Order Cancellations and Changes: If you find the need to cancel an order or change an item, color, size, ship to address, etc. please call us as soon as possible at 1-888-99Desks or 631-218-4001 . If order has been pulled and boxed ready to ship additions costs may apply. We will be glad to accommodate your request providing the order has not shipped. Returns and Damage in the event the product has shipped and changes cannot be made. There will be no return or cancellations on special or custom order. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight.

WARRANTIES:

Components (includes overhead storage and pedestals, keyboard tray, and pencil drawer) 5 years

Textiles, Laminates, surface finishes, other textiles for workmanship only) 5 years

Electrical (does not include light bulbs) 5 years

This warranty is made be skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) only to the purchaser acquiring the product from skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com), or its authorized vendors. skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) obligation and the purchaser's remedy pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at skutchi.com option, of parts which prove, under normal use, to be defective within the period stated. This remedy is expressly agreed to the exclusive as a condition of such replacement. Defective parts must be returned to skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com). Products will be returned to the purchaser at skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) expense. Purchaser may be required to produce the original invoice. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume for skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) any other liability in connection with skutchi Designs, Inc. (skutchi.com) products. Parts installed by unauthorized vendor will void warranty.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE skutchi DESIGNS, Inc. (skutchi.COM). LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THAT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE IRRESPECTIVE OF THE THEORY UPON WHICH ANY CLAIM MIGHT BE BASED INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY ON TORT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL skutchi DESIGNS, Inc. (skutchi.COM) BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from shipment, storage, accident, alteration, misuse, assembly, or installation. All claims under this warranty must be made in writing prior to the repair or replacement of the product.
